SERMON SEEDS ARCHIVES

PSALMS 51-100

Through no fault of our own, about 5 years of Sermon Seeds was deleted from the Website of the First Baptist Church.

We decided that it was time to begin archiving them in a different way.

Please be patient as we gradually archive these outlines.

PSALM 93 – OUR GOD REIGNS

THE LORD’S REIGN IS:

MAJESTIC – [1] The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty;

STRONG – … the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself:

[3] The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. [4] The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

STEADFAST - [1] …the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

ETERNAL - [2] Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

RELIABLE - [5] Thy testimonies are very sure:

HOLY – [5] …holiness becometh thine house, O Lord, for ever.

PSALM 98 – IT’S HIS!

Our Lord owns everything. Here are some things that are His!

HIS VICTORY – Vs. 1

O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.

HIS SALVATION – Vss. 2a, 3b

The LORD hath made known his salvation:

…all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS – Vs. 2b

…his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.

HIS MERCY AND HIS TRUTH – Vs. 3a

He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel…

HIS PRAISE – Vss. 4-8

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm. With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King. Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together

HIS COMING – Vs. 9

Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
